By creating an account, signing in with Apple, or using the App in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice.Always consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account and access

To access core features, you may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Subscription and payments

FitFood AI may offer premium features available through a subscription purchased via Apple’s in-app purchase system. All billing and payment processing are handled by Apple under its respective terms and policies. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Apple’s refund policy or applicable law.You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.

5. Intellectual property

All content, technology, and design within the App are owned or licensed by FitFood AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms.You may not copy, modify, decompile, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. User content

You may upload or submit photos, text, or other data to the App for analysis. By doing so, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process that content solely to provide the app’s functionality. We do not claim ownership of your personal data or images.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization;
  • Interfere with app functionality or security;
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of access.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results obtained from it will be accurate in all cases. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the use of the App during the 12 months preceding the claim.
